People in Hospitals, Banks and elsewhere have to wait too long for their turn

While working in a public institution, I noticed people are nervous spending a lot of time in lines. It is a common problem, and misuse of time, which people could spend in better ways, even like going out of the place, study, or just have a coffee instead of waiting in a queue.
