Recover (Re-Embed) Information-Generating Processes (e.g., the Minds) of the Past Into the Future

Large number of people had died, and their memories are inaccessible to us already. There are many people and life forms that are not not alive anymore, because of unfair filter of time. I have a line of reasoning leading to conclusion that we could recover the lost information.
So, ideas how to reconstruct the lost information in the universe and embed it into future universe would be desired.
