Keep super-greenhouse gas store?

A highly potent greenhouse gas to inject into atmosphere in case nuclear winter is imminent.

If the nuclear war by any chance does occur, and we are subjected to high risk of nuclear winter, would it be rational to have a reserve of strong greenhouse gas to avert the cooling black carbon emitted to stratosphere?
